Look up a completed order, choose the items to return, and we'll review it. Once approved, we email you a prepaid return label.

Return policy

Items are returnable within 30 calendar days (21 business days) of delivery; after that the return option is no longer available.
Once a return is opened you have 14 business days to ship it back, or the return is automatically closed.
All items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Items returned in a different condition may be subject to a refund deduction.
For any non-defective item, the return shipping cost is deducted from your refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable: delivery is performed and guaranteed by the carrier, not by Dalbani, and the service is used once your order ships — this applies to defective-item returns and carrier-service complaints as well.
Defective items are returned free of charge using the prepaid label we provide.
