This website and the products sold on it are operated and offered by Dalbani Global LLC ("Dalbani," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company headquartered in Miami, Florida. By accessing this site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or abuse.
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it only when we confirm shipment. We may limit quantities, decline, or cancel any order (in whole or in part) at any time before shipment — for example because of inventory errors, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund the amounts paid for the cancelled items. You may request cancellation of an order any time before it ships; once a shipment is in carrier possession it can no longer be cancelled and the return process applies instead.
Prices, promotions, and availability may change at any time without notice. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in our catalog of 100,000+ parts may occasionally be mispriced or misdescribed. If an item's correct price is higher than the stated price, we will, at our option, either contact you before shipping or cancel the order and notify you. Strikethrough "compare at" prices reflect manufacturer suggested retail prices and are shown for reference only. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Business purchasers claiming tax exemption must have their exemption documentation reviewed and approved by us before tax is removed.
Payments are processed by Stripe and other named payment providers. We never receive or store your full card number — only secure payment tokens. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Orders may be held or cancelled when our payment provider flags a transaction.
We sell electronic components and replacement parts intended for installation by persons with appropriate technical skill. Product images, specifications, compatibility notes, and datasheets are provided for convenience and may contain inaccuracies; the part number on the product is controlling. You are responsible for confirming that a part is suitable for your application before installing it. Parts damaged by incorrect installation, soldering, over-voltage, or modification are not returnable as defective.
Product reviews may be submitted by verified purchasers and are published after moderation. By submitting a review, question, or other content, you grant Dalbani a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, and display it in connection with the site and our marketing. You agree not to submit content that is false, infringing, obscene, or that contains another person's personal information. We may decline or remove content at our discretion.
You agree not to: scrape, harvest, or bulk-download catalog data without written permission; interfere with the site's operation or security; misrepresent your identity; use the site for any unlawful purpose; or purchase items for resale in violation of any applicable export, sanctions, or marketplace rules. Items that may be subject to U.S. export controls may not be exported contrary to U.S. law.
The site, its design, text, graphics, logos, and data compilations are the property of Dalbani Global LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international law. Manufacturer names, brand names, and part numbers are used for identification and compatibility reference only and remain the property of their respective owners; their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dalbani Global LLC, its members, officers, and employees from claims, damages, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. You agree that any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, and that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis — not as a class action — to the extent permitted by law. Orders placed on third-party marketplaces (such as eBay) are additionally subject to that marketplace's user agreement and buyer-protection programs.

This policy explains what Dalbani Global LLC collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to orders placed with us through marketplaces and in person.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who need it to serve you: shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, GlobalPost) and shipping software, our payment processor (Stripe), the marketplace a purchase was made on (e.g., eBay), email/communication providers, and professional advisors or authorities where the law requires. Each provider may use the data only to perform its service.
Order and transaction records are retained as business records for tax, accounting, warranty, and fraud-prevention purposes. If you ask us to delete your data, we will remove your personal identifiers (name, email, phone, address) from our records while retaining the anonymized transaction itself, except where the law requires us to keep more or allows us to keep less.
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), tokenized payments, and access controls to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password. The site is a business-supply store not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Request an RMA from your account's order page or by contacting us; returns without an RMA cannot be processed. Once an RMA is issued, the item must be shipped back within 14 business days or the RMA expires.
When we issue a return label, we want the item back — please ship it promptly using that label. A return is complete only after the item is delivered back to us, inspected, and the refund issued; tracking on the return label lets you follow it the whole way. Replacement orders, when chosen, are created at no charge and ship after the return is on its way back or as agreed with you.
Purchases made on eBay follow this policy plus eBay's Money Back Guarantee process — open the return through eBay so it is tracked there. Walk-in purchases may be returned at our Miami counter within the same window with the receipt.
Report wrong, missing, or transit-damaged items within 7 days of delivery and keep all packaging — carriers require it for damage claims. We will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Unless a longer manufacturer warranty applies, parts are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship on arrival and for 30 days after delivery, limited to replacement of the part or refund of its purchase price at our option. This warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, soldering, over-voltage, moisture, physical abuse, or modification, and does not cover labor, installation, or consequential damage to the device a part is installed in. Electronic components should be installed by qualified persons with proper ESD precautions.
Where a manufacturer provides its own warranty, that warranty is between you and the manufacturer; we will reasonably assist you in making a claim. The limitations in Sections 9–10 of the Terms apply to all warranty claims. Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so some of these limits may not apply to you; this warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
